How Do I Reset My Password?

For iPhone:

If you're logged in:

  •          Swipe right
  •          Select Profile
  •          Scroll down to the password field and enter your new password
  •          Tap Update Account Info

If you're logged out:

  •          Open the app and tap Log In
  •          Tap Forgot Password
  •          Enter your e-mail address and we will send you an automated e-mail with a temporary password
  •          Log in with your temporary password and change it to your new password

You can also reset your password online at by following the Android directions below.

For Android:

  • Log in at
  • Click on "Forgot password?" and enter your e-mail address
  • Click Reset Password
  • Check your e-mail and follow the link to reset your password

    Am I correct that this means the consumer must enter credit card data into their Iphone or Android phones? Given all the security breaches lately why in the world would you require your consumers to do this? Can a consumer pay cash and still get the loyalty program features?
